The all new Bucket Filling System has been specifically designed to dispense a variety of Tubs & Buckets (with handles) onto an all Stainless Steel Indexing conveyor. Containers are automatically filled, check weighed and lidded. Tool less container changeovers can be done simply and rapidly by the operator allowing a variety of containers ranging from 2 litres - 10 litres (on the system shown) to be filled and lidded. Border Free" Pizza System
Apple Engineering designed and manufactured the worlds first successful "Border Free" Pizza Sauce depositing and spreading system. It was the result of many months research and exhaustive tests and is now part of the innovative range of machinery, all built to the most exacting standards. Many manufacturers offer systems which can spread only smooth puree' type sauces onto flat bases. The Apple System offers the versatility of depositing particulated sauce as well as smooth sauces onto uneven and flat pizza bases.

The Multi Functional Compact Cassette Pump has been designed to offer the
customer the ultimate in flexibility for product decoration depositing and
injection. The pump units are the revolutionary Apple Engineering designed twin
gear pumps fitted with acid resistant Waukesha gears.
The Ultra Sonic Cake & Pizza Cutter has been specifically designed to transport
/ centralise and cut round cakes into segments on an integrated linear conveyor.
The number of segments is selected on the operator panel. Once the start button
has been pressed the conveyor will start to index. The operator can place an
un-cut cake in the centralising “v” between indexes. The cake is then indexed to
the cutting blade were the cake is cut into the selected segments.

Cherry Placement System
The new Automatic Cherry Placing System was launched 18 months ago by designing constructing and installing a 15 across automatic cherry placer, which was supplied to a leading food manufacturer in the UK. Whole cherries are dispensed onto a vibratory table and then fed via loading chutes to the transfer mechanism. The cherries are then cut into halves and each half is then placed accurately onto the centre of the product, either Bakewell tarts trifles or any other type of confectionery or dessert which requires a decorative finish. The systems are designed to customers individual requirements from single lane to 24 across. Major benefits from the automatic cherry placing innovation are substantial labour savings, both financial and reduced production staff and also repetitive strain injury. The efficiency of the machine is approximately 94% is common and by careful production control of the selected cherries 97/98% efficiency is achievable. Big Bubble Chocolate Bar Equipment
The structure of the bubble in chocolate is determined by the type of gas you inject. Soluble gas gives the airy structure as shown above, whereas N2 creates very fine, invisible bubbles. Aerated chocolate melts quicker in the mouth; the flavour of the chocolate is released better; and less chewing effort is required thanks to the light airy structure. Use the cheapest ingredients to improve your chocolate: gas.
Sandwiched Cookies & Their Filling
Complete production process for the making sandwiched biscuits and tartlets. Varieties include hard, rotary moulded cookies; soft, wire cut ones with pectin jelly filling; sponges with deposited marshmallow; extremely soft emulsion creams; tartlets with caramel etc. Bite sizes range from 25mm to 125mm. shapes can include round, square, rectangular or fantasy shapes.
